Slow down to see clearly.
I help organizations slow down, listen to the people involved, and choose what to do with intention.
How I work →Hi, I'm Eryn.
I'm an independent consultant and the founder of Innisfree Studio.
My work lives at the intersection of strategy, innovation, and human-centred design. I help organizations make sense of complex challenges, uncover opportunities, and turn ideas into thoughtful strategies, programs, and experiences that work in the real world.
More about me →
Four ways I can help.
Research-led, right-sized, and honest about what is worth doing.
01Research and insight
Qualitative research, interviews, workshops, and focus groups that uncover what matters, paired with market and landscape analysis to turn what we learn into clear, useful insight.
02Innovation strategy
Making sense of complex challenges, identifying where the real opportunities are, and shaping them into concepts, strategies, programs, and pathways forward.
03AI and operational innovation
Exploring how AI, automation, and better ways of working can reduce friction, improve efficiency, and free people up to focus on the work that requires a human touch.
04Systems and implementation
Turning ideas into action through pilot design, evaluation, partnership development, and thoughtful approaches to implementation and scale.

Rooted in a place called Innisfree.
Innisfree is the name of my grandparents’ cottage on a small island, inspired by Yeats’ The Lake Isle of Innisfree. It’s a place I’ve always associated with slowing down, being together, and paying attention to the things that are easy to miss when life gets busy.
That feeling, of simplicity, connection, and being grounded in what matters, is what I wanted to carry into Innisfree Studio.
